01Do I own the kit, or can I just rent it?+

Both. Buy once and deploy at unlimited events, or hire the same kit for a single event — day one is 50% of the kit price, and each extra day costs less. Every kit in the catalogue is available either way.

02How fast can it reach me?+

Most kits dispatch in 5–7 working days once we have your brand assets. Tell us the event date at checkout and we'll confirm feasibility on the call.

03Can I rebrand it for a different client next month?+

Yes. Kits ship with editable project files and a walkthrough so your team can swap assets in-house. We can also do the swap for a flat fee.

04Is training included?+

A recorded walkthrough plus one live handover call with your crew before the first deployment.

05Do you provide GST invoices?+

Yes, on every order. Listed prices exclude GST — 18% is added at checkout and shown as a separate line before you pay.

06When does renting stop making sense?+

Around a week and a half. Past that point the rent adds up to more than the kit costs to own, so we say so on screen and point you at the purchase price instead — you keep the kit and can hire it out yourself.

07What happens if something fails on site?+

Spares for the common failure points ship inside the case, and phone/WhatsApp support is live during your event window.
