When you place an order or join VIP membership we collect your name, email, phone number, and optionally company, city, event date and notes — the information you type into our forms. VIP members also set a password, which we store only as a salted cryptographic hash.
Payments are processed entirely by Razorpay. We never receive or store your card number, UPI PIN or banking credentials. We store only the payment reference IDs Razorpay returns to us, which are needed to reconcile and refund orders.
We run privacy-light, first-party analytics: an anonymous session identifier, the pages you visit, the referring site, your device type (mobile/desktop) and time spent. We do not use third-party analytics scripts, advertising trackers or cookies for tracking, and we do not store IP addresses in our analytics.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers necessary to run the Site — Razorpay (payments), our email delivery provider, and our hosting and database providers — each bound by their own security obligations.
Order records are retained as required for tax and accounting law. You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it (subject to legal retention requirements), by writing to team@techwalo.com. We respond within 30 days.
The Site is served over HTTPS. Admin and member areas are authenticated, passwords are hashed, and payment verification uses cryptographic signatures. No system is perfectly secure, but we design for least data: what we never collect cannot leak.
