eventproductsindia.com ("the Site") is operated by Event Products India, a venture of Techwalo, Sohna, Gurugram, Haryana, India ("we", "us"). By purchasing a kit, a VIP membership or a service on this Site, you agree to these terms.
We sell event technology kits — combinations of hardware, software licences and documentation — along with optional on-site technician services and an annual VIP membership. Product contents are listed on each kit page under "What's included". Kits are sold for professional use at events; they are not consumer toys.
All listed prices are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of GST. GST at 18% is added at checkout and shown as a separate line before you pay. A GST invoice is issued for every order. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or banking credentials. An order is confirmed only when payment is captured and you receive an order reference.
After payment, our team contacts you within 24 hours to collect brand assets and confirm your event date. Most kits dispatch within 5–7 working days of receiving your brand assets. Dispatch timelines are estimates, not guarantees; where a confirmed event date is shared with us at checkout, we will tell you on the confirmation call if we cannot meet it, and you may cancel for a full refund at that point.
Any kit may be hired instead of bought. Rent is a published percentage of that kit's selling price: 50% for the first day, and a smaller addition for each further day. The exact figure is shown before payment. A rented kit remains our property throughout — you are responsible for it from delivery until we collect it, and it must be returned in the condition it arrived in, fair wear and tear excepted. Loss or damage beyond fair wear is charged at repair or replacement cost. Where the hire period is long enough that the rent would exceed the price of the kit, we say so on screen and recommend purchase instead.
Where booked, our technician installs the kit, runs the activity and maintains it for the hired period shown on your order. Travel and accommodation for outstation events are agreed on the confirmation call and may be charged additionally. Technician bookings can be rescheduled up to 7 days before the first booked day, subject to availability.
Software supplied with a kit is licensed to the purchasing business for use with that kit. You may deploy it at unlimited events and rebrand it per client. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the software itself, and licence keys must not be shared outside your organisation.
VIP membership is an annual, non-transferable subscription per company, giving the stated discount, members-only content and early access to new kits. It does not auto-renew. Membership content is confidential to members and may not be republished.
Hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. We provide phone and WhatsApp support during your event window and remote assistance for setup. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including event outcomes; our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having exclusive jurisdiction.
